went for pastry class . got my question for my final practical exam for pastry.
and guess what ? I got SWISS ROLL ((( ;

hmm, yesterday while i was having my practical class i didnt really pay attention though.

sometimes, the brain just cant stop thinking and start putting blames on others.
i guess it just happen naturally. bad !

hope my swiss roll will taste good. and i have to garnish it nicely.

i will do simple and nice.

i'll be taking my exam on the 16th of June. 8am-1pm.

i hope i can make it like this. HAHA but its impossible for the moment.
