blueberry oat muffin

Today Im sooooo free and it'll be bored.

I have a confession to make,I sucked a big time at driving. I mean PARKING

i took so long to park, i cant even park, im so speechless.

i feel like crying !! i get down the car and ask someone to park my car.

ya i did. laugh all you want.

and my parking was taken by others all the time :(

anyway, i went out and all this mess was because i want to get ingredients for my muffin and macaroons.

My muffins came out not appealing. :(

then its tasteless,smells good because of the blueberry.

i guess u got a rough idea that i baked blueberry oat muffin.

thought of making macaroons. maybe later. :X

intheoven (=

This is my muffin. I know it doesnt look like one. the black thingy is the blueberry.

Smells so good.

Ingredients list:
1 cup of oats.
1 cup of buttermilk.
1 cup of all-purpose flour.
1 teaspoon of baking powder.
½ teaspoon of baking soda.
½ teaspoon of salt.
¾ cup of packed brown sugar.
1 medium egg, beaten.
¼ cup of margarine, melted.
1 cup of blueberries.

Instructions:
Combine the oats and the buttermilk; allow to stand.

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar. Stir well to blend.

Add the beaten egg and melted margarine to the oat mixture. Mix thoroughly.

Add to the dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.

Gently fold in the blueberries.

Fill 10-12 muffin cups sprayed with nonstick Spray.

Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until the top springs back when lightly touched.

Good Morning *with a great smile on my face*

I was viewing through some of the blog...

I'm interested to those blog about clothing (i don't go online shopping)

about skincare and stuff.. something beneficial..

I was thinking I previously, I used to buy a lot of mask.

As you all don't know that, I love using mask ((=

something so pampering, relax, hydrating, exfoliate, purified, all at the same time.

so i actually bought a few, i usually get them from etude house

hahaha. the pinky shop and the beautiful design of the shop.

I cant resist to not to step in of the shop and then....

I get to see and find facial mask.. for diff skin type..

sometimes if I'm lucky,their having promotion,i get really good discount (:

and not forgetting collecting stickers.

well, etude house u need to purchase at least RM30 only u get one sticker.

whereas, skinfood u get RM20 per sticker.. I actually like Skinfood alot more.

their products are like really "Food" for our skin (: their products i find it more expensive compare to other Korean shop.

once in a while, I'll get something there (:

I love !!!!!! their nail polish !!! like 9999999999x

they have assorted colours. they dry up fast.

I should really blog about those product I buy and share to you about the product.

just a random post :) i was looking back at my history.
i used to be a kinda active blogger once :DD
maybe Im back to that again.
but once in a while, i'll share a tiny lil detail.
these days im starting to be busy.

I can't stay or keep my hairstyle for long. For instant, not more than 3months.

I don't like staying the same way, I need a change ! (:

LIKE NOW ! I feel like doing something to my hair, NO HARM!

I know by dye-ing my hair colour, it will be dry... ( I experience that)

I know by highlight-ing my hair, it will inbalance.. ( I experience that too)

I know by perm-ing my hair, it will be wasting of money.. (Im still having curls)

I know by straighten my hair, I'll look F.L.A.T ~ (Ive natural straight hair)
